Using HeyNakama
You may use HeyNakama for lawful, personal entertainment. You must not interfere with the game or service, attempt to bypass security or access controls, use automated traffic that harms availability, or use the service in a way that infringes another person’s rights.
Availability and game progress
We aim to keep HeyNakama available, but it may be changed, interrupted, or withdrawn. Scores, settings, and progress are stored in local browser storage or the hosting app’s component state and may be lost if browser or app data is cleared, a device changes, or the service changes. We do not guarantee any score, run, feature, or availability level.
Intellectual property
HeyNakama, its artwork, game design, code, branding, and related content are owned by or licensed to Snappy Fox Ltd and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms do not transfer ownership to you.
Feedback
If you send feedback or ideas, you allow us to use them without restriction or compensation. You do not have to send feedback to use the game.
Disclaimers and liability
HeyNakama is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent allowed by law, Snappy Fox Ltd disclaims warranties that the game will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or suitable for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Subject to that, Snappy Fox Ltd will not be liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of game progress, data, goodwill, or opportunity arising from use of HeyNakama.
Changes and ending access
We may change these terms or stop providing HeyNakama. If we make material changes, we will post the updated terms here with a new effective date. You may stop using the game at any time.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
